Overview

MN103LF08  MN103L08 series is equipped with Panasonic's original 32 bit CPU "AM32L" which features high performance and low power consumption. It realizes existing 32 bit microcomputer's performance equivalent with power consumption of 16 bit microcomputer. Operation in a wide range of voltage from 2.2 to 5.5V is possible. Microcomputer peripheral parts as high speed oscillation and automatic reset reduce the number of parts. It is suitable for various system such as audio equipment, industrial equipment and home appliance by adopting various peripheral functions such as 4 phases-motor control timer and HDMI-CEC interface, ROM 256K byte memory and RAM 20K byte memory.
