Overview

MN101EF60D  The MN101EF60D is 8-bit microcomputer incorporating the Panasonic's original AM13E 8-bit CPU that features a saving code size and high performance. Built-in high precision Δ Σ 16bit-ADC and various peripheral functions on one chip for single-phase electricity meter. As peripheral functions, multi-function timer, serial interface, extended calculator and LCD control function are included, and they are excellent for electricity meter and system of measuring equipment.
