MN101EF77G/82G  MN101EF77G/MN101EF82G is a 8 bit flash-microcomputer with built-in Panasonic's original small code size and high-performance 8 bit CPU "AM13E". Built-in audio amplifier and 2 gain amplifier enable to lower the power consumption at 1µA when stand-by mode, which is industry's lowest level. Realizing the efficient system control of security alarm by low power consumption with built-in 1.7 reference supply, 8 bit / 16 bit timer, serial interface and AD converter as peripheral functions.
