Overview

DMS935E  DMS935E series is a small compound device that adopted NPN high-frequency transistor and circuit load device (constant-current device) for corresponding to CCD's high-performance.
Compared to previous circuits, this product reduced one capacitor and 3 resistors and realized to reduce the total mounting area to one third by adopting a small package.
