DA2JF81   DA2JF81 is the high voltage fast recovery diode (FRD) which has high speed trr characteristics and can reduce the switching loss for strobe circuit. Package is SMini2-F5 (2.50 × 1.25mm) which is smaller than the conventional product. This flat-lead package ha can bring you the better mounting accuracy and improve the mounting efficiency.
