The expectations for automotive safety solutions are expanding rapidly from the conventional "Passive Safety" towards "Active Safety" solutions. This transformation is now becoming a reality with the development of new technologies.
However, the current challenge is how to achieve the numerous hazardous detection functions with only one technology improvement. "Accident Prevention" --- means, sensing danger, analysing information, monitoring driver behaviour and providing real time feedback. wireless power control ICs support all equipments (DSC, DVC, portable audio, cellphone, smartphone, etc.) conforming to WPC 1.1 (Qi standard) of WPC (Wireless Power Consortium). Panasonic’s wireless power solution uses a transmitter control IC (NN32251A) for power transmitter (battery charger) and a receiver control IC (AN32258A) for power receiver (equipment), controlling power transmission. The combination of NN32251A and AN32258A allows the extension of high-power transmission of up to 10 W from the WPC 1.1 (Qi standard)-compliant 5 W output.
This is an IC for contactless IC tags supporting NFC (Near Field Communication) technology.
Just approaching to IC tags, NFC Reader/ Writer device (e.g. mobilephone, special purpose terminal) can communicate with them to read/ write data.
Embedding this IC in various equipments enables radio communication between them and NFC Reader/ Writer device.
In addition, with embedded nonvolatile memory, this IC can be used as an individual wireless IC tag.
This IC works with the power supplied wirelessly from NFC Reader/ Writer device, and enables radio communication to NFC Reader/ Writer device even while equipments with this IC are turned off.
Using this IC as an individual contactless IC tag enables you to configure the system without power supply.
The NN31 series power supply in package modules “PSiP” integrate Panasonic’s low R(on) trench MOSFETs, an ultra fast original hysteretic controller, the inductor and capacitors in a very compact 8.5x7.5x4.7mm³ QFN carrier.
Panasonic’s original high speed control, combining an hysteretic comparator with voltage ramp control (internal ripple generation) and variable on-time FET driving, keeps over- and undershoots voltage lower than conventional voltage or current mode controllers, while solving the technical drawbacks of traditional hysteretic control methods.
The highly compact and efficient NN31 series ICs reduce heat and noise and development time and risks, save PCB real estate and are especially suitable for space constrained power supplies circuits in telecom, IT equipment, and embedded computing boards.
Utilizing a combination of analog and digital technology for magnetic detection, this Hall IC (magnetic sensor) provides more than approximately twice the sensitivity of our conventional products while achieving a low current consumption of approximately 1/50. Hall element, offset cancel circuit, amplifier, sample hold circuit, Schmitt circuit, and output stage FET are all integrated on one chip and mounted in a small package.

PAN1026 is based on Toshibafs single chip TC35661 Bluetooth semiconductor device with embedded Toshiba Bluetooth SIG certified stack. The TC35661 is a highly integrated and compact Bluetooth controller that delivers high-speed operation at ultra-low power consumption. It significantly reduces external component count and power consumption in applications requiring support of Bluetooth 2.1 and 4.0 standards. EDR (enhanced data rate) is not supported. An embedded SPP (Serial Port Profile of Bluetooth Classic) and GATT (Generic Attribute Profile of Bluetooth LE) are also integrated. The device can also be run in a standard Bluetooth HCI mode.
Panasonic Polymer Capacitors have a broad range of technologies that can be used in the most demanding applications. Polymer Capacitors offer stable capacitance, Low ESR at high frequency and temperature, long lifetime and enable a high miniaturization potential. POSCAP (Polymer Tantalum Capacitors) offer high capacitance and small size. Polymer Hybrid combines the benefits of both electrolytic and polymer capacitor technologies, producing a capacitor with low ESR, low leakage current, high ripple current and high reliabilty. SP-Caps are Polymer Aluminium Capacitors and offering super low ESR values with a very attractive cost level. OS-CON (Polymer Aluminium Capacitors) have a very high ripple current capability and go up to 100V.
